Do I need finished artwork to get in touch?
No. Tell us whether you have a design, a rough idea or need artwork help. That gives us a useful place to begin the quotation.
What details should I include?
Tell us what you need, how it will be used and your preferred reply method. Quantities, approximate dimensions and a required date are helpful if you know them. “Not sure yet” is fine.
Can I ask about a repeat order?
Yes. Include an order reference or describe the sample, and explain any changes. Please don’t assume old artwork or specifications are still on file.
Can you work to my required date?
Include the date in your enquiry so that availability and requirements can be checked. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an order or production slot.
