What happens to an enquiry
When the website enquiry form is enabled, submitted enquiries are stored in the website’s private WordPress administration area. The enquiry details are also sent to CK Signs’ designated business inbox through the configured email service. Authorised administrators and the people handling your enquiry can access the details to respond, prepare a quotation and follow up on that request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Technical information and security
The website host may keep routine security and access logs. The enquiry handler uses a short-lived, one-way IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions; it does not add your raw IP address to the enquiry record. Login protection may record IP addresses, attempted usernames and failed-login times to detect and limit unauthorised access. These security records should be retained only as needed for protection and investigation. Private records are restricted to authorised WordPress administrators. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics in its theme. WordPress may use necessary cookies for authenticated administrators. Any future analytics or advertising integration requires a review of this notice and applicable consent requirements before it is enabled.
External services
WhatsApp, email and Google Maps links open services outside this website. If you use them, those providers process information under their own policies. Storage and retention
Enquiry records remain in the private website administration area until an authorised administrator removes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule configured in this version. Enquiries should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed for their original purpose, subject to applicable business-record obligations. Website hosting and email providers may process information on behalf of the business.
